17 Nov Final Event at Transport Research Arena 2022
Final UP2DATE project event took place at the Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2022 in Lisbon on the 14-17 of November.
During 4 days, we have been showcasing UP2DATE project results at the TRA conference in Lisbon. TRA is the foremost European transport event that brings together experts from around the world to discuss the newest innovations and future of mobility and transport. In 2022, TRA takes place in Lisbon, Portugal with “Moving together -reimagining mobility worldwide” as main theme. The TRA 2022 event was a big success, with more than 2000 participants, >600 speakers and more than 60 exhibitors: https://traconference.eu/
The demonstration area is one of the highlights of TRA, enabling interactive showcases of the innovations for business partners, researches, and industry stakeholders. UP2DATE had three demonstrators in this area (research, railway and automotive), together with out project video and roll-up.
In addition to the demonstrators, UP2DATE team also gave 6 pitches in the exhibition area:

UP2DATE reached at around 147 people, 72 through pitch presentations and 75 people through the booth and demonstrator area. From the audience 45 questionnaires were received. According to the collected information, most of them came from industry (74%) and mainly with a research position (36%).
Based on the results of the questionnaires, we could claim that UP2DATE solution is easily understandable, and that industry is really interested in UP2DATE solution (89%). Audience highly appreciated UP2DATE flexibility and considered project technology very beneficial (51%) to implement in their products.
